Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items should be unused and in their original condition, where applicable.

How to start a return

Email orders@stapleandstone.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions.

Return shipping

You pay for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, email orders@stapleandstone.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. We handle these orders separately from standard returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long a refund takes to appear on your statement.
